What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a new payment option we now offer at Lounge Out. Afterpay allows our Australian customers to place an order without needing to pay the whole amount upfront. We ship your order out as normal and you pay it off in four equal fortnightly installments, interest free.

Who can use Afterpay?
You can use Afterpay as a payment option if you:

• Live in Australia;
• Are at least 18 years old;
• Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
• Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and
• Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.

How do I pay for my order with Afterpay?
Simply select Afterpay at the checkout and sign in as an existing Afterpay customer or sign up instantly by following the simple steps. Be instantly approved, select an instalment plan then sit back and wait for your order to arrive!

Will I be charged more if I use Afterpay?
No you won't. There is no interest or added fees to use this payment service. The only time you would pay a fee is if you miss a payment. This includes a $10 Late Payment Fee if a payment is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the Payment Schedule, with a further $7 Late Payment Fee added seven days after the payment is due if the payment is still unpaid.

What Lounge Out products can be ordered using Afterpay?
Afterpay is available for most of our in-stock products displayed on our website, please refer to the terms and conditions set out by Afterpay.

Is there a maximum spend for Afterpay?
Yes, the maximum order value (including delivery) for Afterpay is AUD$1,000.

How many orders can I place at any one time?
This will depend on Afterpay as they use a real time approval process. 

How are the Afterpay installments calculated?
The Afterpay installments quoted on a product represent 1/4 (25%) of that product's current price excluding any delivery charges that may be applicable.

Delivery costs will be included in the quoted installment rate payable when you have selected your preferred delivery method at checkout, and have selected Afterpay as your preferred payment option. This rate will also be consistent with that quoted in the order confirmation email you'll receive direct from Afterpay detailing your fortnightly payment schedule.
